Uni-Tie believes the information and specifications supplied are reliable, but does not guarantee that any results shown or claimed will be obtained. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use, misuse or inability to use Uni-Tie products.
Suitability for Use
The information provided herewith and other sales and marketing material is given to the best of our knowledge and belief but without warranty or liability.
The user must establish the suitability of the material for the intended application by carrying out any appropriate tests.
Additional Information
Please note that the amount of information regarding our products performance and applications suitability is limited. The products have not been tested for all applications and it is strongly recommended that customers carry out adequate trials to determine the suitability of these materials for the intended use.
No liability will be accepted for direct or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected on the site where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. This means that if we get a price wrong, we have the right not to sell you the goods. We will never charge you extra.
Warranty, Loss, Damage & Exchanges
Warranty: Prior to shipping your order we conduct a quality inspection on all items against defects. All products sold are warranted to the original purchaser against any defect in material or workmanship for a period (see below) from the date of paid invoice by Uni-Tie. No warranty for damage caused during delivery, by alteration, wear, misuse, abuse or accident is provided. Any product determined by the company to be defective within the warranty period will be repaired, replaced or a credit issued at our sole discretion after inspection. See Returns Process below for details.
Loss or Damage during Delivery: The Royal Mail provides cover for loss or damage up to £32 per package (not per item) for deliveries in the UK. Making a claim is your responsibility as the purchaser (the Royal mail will not allow the seller to make the claim), and we will support you with full proof of posting and copy invoice should you need to make a claim. You can obtain a claim form from your local Post Office or from their web site.
Replacement / Exchange / Refund
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a no quibble guarantee of a refund, replacement or exchange. We will deduct the original delivery charge from any amount refunded. If you exchange/replace the products we will pay the new delivery costs. We have the right to refund your money instead of replacing/exchanging the product. In all cases, you are responsible for returning the products to us safely and for all costs associated with this. See Returns Process below for details.
Returns Process
For warranty and satisfaction guarantee claims the returns process must be followed otherwise the claim will be invalidated. A return request must be made within 4 days from date of invoice paid and the products must be received within 3 days of the return being authorised (5 days if outside the UK), giving a minimum total of 7 days. The products must be returned in perfect condition (unless defective) with the labels and sleeves included.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This site, excluding any site accessed through this one, is controlled by Uni-Tie from its office within England & Wales. By accessing this site, you and Uni-Tie agree that your access to, or use of this web site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of England & Wales, without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof. You and Uni-Tie also agree and hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the court of England & Wales with respect to such matters.
GENERAL
The Terms of Use and other guidelines and disclaimers posted throughout the site constitute the entire agreement between you and Uni-Tie with respect to this web site. If for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms of Use, or a portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible. The remainder of the Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure by Uni-Tie to enforce any or all of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
